Class Styles


~ A vigorous, flowing class with lots of emphasis on using breath to keep you moving. Some advanced poses and sequences designed to keep your mind from wandering away. While there will be modifications for beginners, this is a class for people who have practiced yoga previously.

Aqua Yoga

~ A mix of yoga poses and aqua aerobics; this class is a low-impact, high energy way to get into great shape this summer. We encourage people of all abilities to try this new hybrid class, no experience is required, just a bathing suit and a positive attitude.

SUP Yoga

~ Take your yoga onto a paddleboard. This class will tone your core, test your balance, and bring you confidence and grace. Fine for beginners who bring a positive attitude and a willingness to fall into the water:)
